CDMA phones do not use SIM cards but depending on the phone, most of them will have bluetooth. If not, however, depending on the phone, you can try getting the PC Sync software for the device, and synchronize the contacts to the computer, usually to Microsoft Outlook.
Most CDMA carriers have applications you can download to the phone and computer that will actually let you sync the contacts from outlook to the phone wirelessly (VZW has Wireless Sync which is free www.wirelesssync.vzw.com), or you can try using the PC Sync software for that specific phone to sync back.. If its a Motorola phone, the software costs money (about $39) but other manufacturers provide it for free from their website.

just insert the memory card in ur phone and ur memory will automatically recognised...
if not then connect your phone with pc (with memory card inserted)
then ur accessable to ur memory backup...
