There is a little flange on the clasp that can be bent to make it snap tightly.  Most jewelers will do this service for free while you wait.

Hello

I bought one while on a buisness trip to China. I like the watch alot but the band was too big. I have a friend who's a jeweler. He fixed the band for free. It does take a special tool (which he had).

How to adjust leather rolex watch band

On the clasp of the watch. There are small holes ware the spring bar sits.

More current models do not have holes that go all the way through on the buckle but the spring bar still sits in between. With a small screw driver press in tward the middle of the strap ware the spring bar sits at the end of the leather strap. Pop out the strap and the spring bar and then place it into the slot that fits.
