If the phone is powered off it may consume a small amount of battery to keep your settings but shouldn't be much. There might be a sleep mode that makes the phone look like it's off but really isn't and that will drain your battery
charge your battery on another phone and then place your battery in your phone and switch on your phone and connect the charger to it if still it isn't charging then check your charger and if the charger is ok then you need to repair your phone manually or by taking it to authorized dealer
You can try to try a different charger,if it doest charge the battery, try to use your charger to a compatible phone. If it charge the second phone, that means that your charger is fine,it might be a battery issue. For sure, either the battery or the charger needs replacing.
I think your battery is loosen that's why it turns off even your not turning it off..Try to put a small paper on the battery case cover so that it put a little pressure to the battery so it will not loosen and to avoid untimely shutting off of your cellphone..Hope it will help you.
Sounds like a software problem to me. take out your battery, and wait like a minute. Put the battery back in. Plug the phone into the charger. While it's charging, turn it on. Hopefully, you have enough time to do the next step: Dial *288 and press the number 1 when you hear the voice prompt you to. By doing this, you are resetting your phone. If this doesn't help, then I'm afraid there probably isn't anything you can do without bringing the phone to your provider's nearest store location. If it isn't due to water damage, they'll probably replace the phone for free. Hope this helps! Please rate my solution! - Frankie
