Contact pioneer 800-421-1603 for free repair even if it is out of warranty , as long as it is a flex cable failure which it most likely is.

Ok are you sure you connected it up exactly as B4? Check it, any Fuses, Connections etc. If ya have,& it's OK, then I would be very cross at the Shop that charged ya $200.00 and it's still faulty... Don't muck around send it, or if possible take it, back and complain long and loud... this is really unacceptable. If you were my customer I would be bending over backwards to help.
