What is included in the Canon Network Multi-PDL Printer Kit-C1 , 6895A010AA for IR2200, IR2800, IR3300

The N (network) boot ROM and the NIC. You will need to get a tech to install these and update the firmware on the copier.

KYOCERA FS C5030N PRINTS ONLY THE FIRST PAGE OF A PDF DOCUMENT. IT SPOOLS THE # OF PAGES IN THE DOCUMENT BUT ONLY PRINTS THE FIRST PAGE.

make sure you are using the KX PRINTER DRIVER first
if so..
tray changing the pdl format
in the printers and faxes area right click on your printer
right click go to properties.
click on device settings tab (you have this if you are using the KX driver)llhopefully you are
you will see a button (pdl) click on pdl

Eror E677

roblem :
The machine displays an E674 code. This may be followed by an E677 code when the Fax pcb is removed. The imageRunner also has a Print Board installed.

Solution :

With the Fax Board and Print Board installed an E674 code occurred. When the Fax Board was removed an E677 code then occurred.
Try removing the PDL Interface pcb for the Print Board from the copier. Reinstall the Fax Board, if the E674 code does not occur and the copier is capable of sending and receiving faxes, then replace the PDL Interface pcb because it may be faulty and causing the two E codes; E674 for faxing and E677 for printing.

We had the same memory full problem. Just unplug the main switch and it will automatically reset the printer and you will be able to send and receive faxes after.

ImageRunner 5000s network printer Mulit-PDL kit

Hi shadetree. Just thought. Are you sure you got the "entire" kit which would have included an additional 64 meg of memory? I ask this since the network boot rom would require and expect to access additional boot data from the 64 meg of memory. I am not sure of the 5000 controller architecture but lacking the additional memory, the ir may lock up(no display) at the beginning of the boot sequence or as the most recent controller lock up as you see the machine boot.
