Question about Dell Inspiron 531s Desktop Computer
I insert a cd in the hard drive and it doesn't do anything, it doesn't read any disks. When I try to burn cds, it also says to insert new disks???
i would go to device manager and see if there is any problems with it there and then i would uninstall it while still in device manager (dont worry you wont lose it for good ) than restart the computer and once the computer is fully running the found new hardware manager will show up on the taskbar and reinstall the drivers for you and it will tell you that your device is installed and is ready to be used please try this ok and let me know how this goes for you
best regards mike
