I recieved a LG Ku990 as a birthday gift about a week ago and i can not send or recieve picture messages. Everytime i try to open a MMS i get an alert that says invalid network. I've seen that a few people have had this same problem, but they were all solved outside of the United States. My service provider is T-mobile and I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me the network settings for MMS.
Go to tmobile website. search t-mobile wireless data configurator click link saying begin the configurator and follow instructions. U can get the configurations via text message and it gets done in like 10 seconds.

Try to get LG KU990 Viewty unlock code from your friend network provider, explain to them that you need that code because you move to other country. They will give you lg unlock code in 2 weeks and you must pay some cost for that code up to $80 or you can try buy unlock code from third party sites with 3 times more lower rather than provider charge. But you must know your original sim card network so you can buy the right code for your phone.
First caii your service provider & ask to send you the settings to activate internet . as you recieved a message from your service provider please save the settings , easy now you can use internet on mobile. Thanks
No Answers here, Just same prob as you.
Also, I am in Australia and using Telstra 3G sim from a prepaid Sony Ericson. Bought an LG Ku990i from Japan as well but the LG phone is only picking up 2G. I have contacted the seller only to be told its the sim.
last time i had to do this i rang up my service provider eg (optus or telstra etc) n tell them u want to enable MMS settings...they'll ask u what modle phone u have etc then they should sms a link to ur phone...u open it and save it and u should be able to send mms...i think their called WAP settings
This is almost certainly a problem with your phone not having the correct Message Centre settings (have you ever used this phone with a different carrier?).
The Message Centre number can be found in Messaging/Settings/Text Message/Text Message Centre. You will probably need to check with your Service Provider to get the correct number, although you may find it on their website.
That happen to me too! And they wouldn't let me get a warranty! or insurance!
I learned that its not t-mobiles fault. But thats about it.... so i brought it back to the guy i bought it from and he sent it to.. wherever it came from but they weren't able to fix it. But there getting a new hardware so there keeping it to see. Hopefully it'll get fixed.
