Hi Try this
1. Disconnect printer also PULL POWER cable from printer.
2. Uninstal driver from control panel... printers
3. Download new driver from here (remember where you save it)
4. Switch off computer.
5. Reconnect printer cables
6. Switch on computer... let it find your printer.
7. Instal new driver from where you saved download.

What happens when you try to install the Printer. Do you get any error messages.
You should download the latest driver from the website and than you should install the same on the computer.
