Miele Upright S7000. Brushes dont turn. How do you change belt?

It's better to take it to your local Miele dealer and have it serviced. Those belts aren't supposed to break so whatever caused it to malfunction needs to be fixed.

Steam coming out of Miele S7000 upright vacuum cleaner

There is no steam generator on your Miele. It can only be smoke or dust. Are you certain it is steam. If you have sucked up water the motor could be in danger of shorting out.
