Re: not able to print from computer
If its hooked by usb cable to copier you have to check the cable if its good and the most important if ur loading the right driver for the real windows. But if your connecting through network cable, you have to check the ip address if its the same in machine and in the driver, also you have to install the right driver, and check ur connecting devices such as switch, hub, router. let me know the type of connection and will help you solve it.

Hi, Did you set this printer as the default printer? To do this go to Start - Printer and Faxes, right click on HP printer, select Set As Default Printer. If you are not see your HP Deskject F340 there, that mean your printer driver is not installed. Please install your printer driver. If you already set it as the default and it is still not printing. Restart your computer to try solve problem. You said that printer scans so the connection between your computer and printer is fine. Problem is your computer doesn't take the printer as it's printer device yet. Hope this will help. Thanks for reading
Hi reinstall your printer driver check you'r computer about viruses check in 1- start menu 2 - printer and faxes if you installed diffrent printers set your main printer as default printer by right click on printer name icon and chose (set as default printer) good luck
Usually that happened once the printer was not set to default setting after it was installed.
To set to default, click start, choose printers and faxes, select the lexmak pinter, click file select default printer.
To test your printer if it print.
1. right click the printer icon
2. select properties
3. click print test page
Just a thought has the re installation put the printer to lpt1 instead of the enhanced USB for printer?
Another way to try to get over this is to go to Faxes and Printers
Click on install new printer
When the window comes up asking for the CD or select from list- take 'select from list'
Select the Printer Maker - HP
Select the model.
Follow through and make it Default printer
See what Happens.
