Question about Lexmark Optra T610 Laser Printer
When printing a test page, a very distorted, cut-off part of the test page actually prints. It appears to be zoomed in on the word Windows, as well as some smiley faces, question marks, and other symbols in the top left.
I have already updated the drivers to the latest version, downloaded from http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi
I have tried reinstalling the printer with the new drivers. Same result.
The printer is connected via wireless at the IP 192.168.10.11. Other computers on the network can print normally to this computer. I am not sure what to do next.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
