If by turn you mean they wont rotate, then check if parking break is on, if you mean you cant turn the steering wheel, or cant make make it go around corners, then check the linkage

Troy-bilt riding mower won't move in forward or reverse

I had a similar problem with my TroyBilt 50 inch zero turn mower. Was cutting grass when it stopped going either forward or backward even though it would start and the PTO would move the cutting blades. Turned out the tensioner spring for the belt that drives the motors near the rear wheels had gone missing. Searched the yard where I had cut and moved the machine but couldn't find it. A new one cost me about $7.50. Put the new one on and it worked fine.

Bandsaw blades keep popping off, could it be heat related?

Blades slip off the wheels on these saws is because one or both wheels are not turning true to the blade. This can be caused by:
- Missing or worn tires on the wheels. The rubber tires have to be on the wheels and they have to be in good condition.
- Occasionally the screws holding the sprocket on the driven wheel come loose and the wheel will wobble causing the blade to come off.
- Both wheels ride on bearings and shafts that, if seized, worn or broken, will let the wheel wobble enough that the blade won't stay on.
- If the blade is stretched or twisted from use it won't stay on very well.

Blade engagement lever won't disengage

If this is a manual engagment system all the lever does is to pull a jockey wheel into the back of the belt to tention it thus starting the blades to turn, so either the cable is jammed that pulls the jockey wheel in, or the jockey wheel arm is seized and needs freeing off to allow the jockey to to move to the relaxed position.

Why won't the blade stay on the wheels of my

You need to adjust the tracking, at the very least. Get a user's manual and it will describe the procedure to adjust the wheels to keep the blade tracking properly. If it's a used saw, it's possible the previous owner didn't maintain it properly and you'll have to replace the rubber, or even a wheel (possible but very unlikely).

The fan wouldn't start for the condenser unless I turned the blades with a stick so I replaced the start capacitor and it still won't start without turning the blades with a stick. It runs fine but...

This problem could be caused by a bad motor run capacitor. Please see our If your motor capacitor is not the problem, then more than likely you need a new motor.
