SOURCE: My commercial refrigerator (Traulsen) has

Check your coil inside fridge to ensure this is clear of ice, as above said check condenser coil is clean as this will prevent fridge from cooling. If this fails you may need a engineer to further fault find where are you based. Alternatively visit www.yorkool.co.uk they have a great range of commercial refrigerators.

SOURCE: Traulsen g10010 troubleshooting

Don't know this maker or model but if it is constructed like most modern units, the evaporator is under the bottom of the refrigerator and uses a fan to circulate air past it to dispose of heat taken from inside.
If this fan fails, either completely or because of excessive dust, the coolant is circulating via the compressor but the removed heat from the inside is not being removed from the evaporator.
Check for the presence and operation of this fan.
If failed, it can cause the problem you are having.
Most are accessible from the rear of the unit and are plugged in to permanent wiring so replacement might be quite easy.

SOURCE: Refrigerator stopped working Followed

Hi! It sounds as if, after you followed everything recommend in the Owners Manual and it still doesn't work, than either one of the relay circuits to the compressor or the compressor itself, has failed. As far as troubleshooting this problem is concerned, it's a process of elimination. Check the circuits first with a multimeter. If you have power on the incoming side of the relay circuit, but none on the outgoing side to the compressor - it's a circuit problem. If you have power on both sides, then but the compressor fails to turn ON, it's the compressor.

U-Line has discontinued this model, but parts are still available thru one of their service centers around the country.

Below is a link to there Customer Service Contact page. There you can locate a service center near you.

Hope this helped you. Please let me know. Thanks.

Frozen the coil and leaking water

Turn it off, let the coil defrost completely. After the dripping has stopped completely, check to see that paper and dirt is cleared from the air inlet side of the evaporator. Put a red stick thermometer inside the cooler and don't let the temperature go below 37 degrees F. Make sure the condenser is clean, the door gaskets are good and the doors are closing properly. Last thing is its low on gas and needs a service call. Good luck hope this helps.

Traulsen g200 not running. Bypassed control box and compressor ran and cooled. Could it be evap sensor or control box

not sure what you mean by "control box" but it sounds like you may be refering to the thermostat. If you bypassed that, and the unit comes on, thermostat is bad. Don't believe that there are any controls in the evap. Only the freezers have evap controls that I know of. Let me know if you need more.

Traulsen refrigerator too warm the unit is only 2 years old and current temperature is 44

start with the easy fixes. Check and be sure that the condenser coil, the one by the compressor, is really clean. The system needs to "Breathe" in order to do it's job.
Start there and let me know if I can be of further help.
