Check your coil inside fridge to ensure this is clear of ice, as above said check condenser coil is clean as this will prevent fridge from cooling. If this fails you may need a engineer to further fault find where are you based. Alternatively visit www.yorkool.co.uk they have a great range of commercial refrigerators.

Don't know this maker or model but if it is constructed like most modern units, the evaporator is under the bottom of the refrigerator and uses a fan to circulate air past it to dispose of heat taken from inside.
If this fan fails, either completely or because of excessive dust, the coolant is circulating via the compressor but the removed heat from the inside is not being removed from the evaporator.
Check for the presence and operation of this fan.
If failed, it can cause the problem you are having.
Most are accessible from the rear of the unit and are plugged in to permanent wiring so replacement might be quite easy.

Hi! It sounds as if, after you followed everything recommend in the Owners Manual and it still doesn't work, than either one of the relay circuits to the compressor or the compressor itself, has failed. As far as troubleshooting this problem is concerned, it's a process of elimination. Check the circuits first with a multimeter. If you have power on the incoming side of the relay circuit, but none on the outgoing side to the compressor - it's a circuit problem. If you have power on both sides, then but the compressor fails to turn ON, it's the compressor.
U-Line has discontinued this model, but parts are still available thru one of their service centers around the country.
Below is a link to there Customer Service Contact page. There you can locate a service center near you.
Hope this helped you. Please let me know. Thanks.
