SOURCE: material will not feed across

This machine has a pressure regulator on the left side. You should look to see that it is not loosened. When you lift up on the presser foot it should have resistance.
Then look at the feed dogs to see that they are moving, Set the stitch length at 4 and turn the hand wheel. The teeth should move towards the back of the machine. They should also be slightly above the needle plate as they go back and below the surface of the plate as they come forward.
If they don't rise above the plate , remove the needle plate and clean between the slots of the teeth.

Where do I find an extension platform for my Bernina Vituosa 150?

I'm sure there are several people making these. They are expensive though. I would try Ebay first.

Started sewing backwards now not moving material at all

Sounds like the machine's age is causing the lubrication to get sticky.

Try changing the pattern by moving the pattern selector around.

Take out the bobbin and remove the thread and presser foot, raise the presser lever, set the pattern to zig zag, set the stitch length to maximum and run the machine at full speed. While it's running, repeatedly press the reverse lever all the way down. Run it for at least a few minutes.

Missing part of sewing machine

That should be your foot I'm guessing?!? The machine should have come with several?!? Like, a zipper foot, button hole foot etc. Mine (Janome SX 2122) are stored in my machine, in the top section where you load the thread. , you can use one of the others. Mine also has a spare basic foot...have a look and see if it's there either in or with your machine or with some of the extra parts it should have come with (may run into troubles if it's second-hand though...as you may not even have all of the parts)...if you don't have a basic foot you can often just use one of the other feet (like a zipper foot or something), which may not quite hold the material down, depending on what you're sewing, at least until you get a chance to get another basic foot...which you can get from any store that sells material or sewing machines. Hope that helps :)

Bobbin threading

Unthread the machine
Open the top of the machine and take the thread and place it through one of the whole in the bobbin (from inside to outside) and pre-wind to secure the thread around the bobbin
Wrap the thread around the far left feeder knob on the top and put the bobbin on the bobbin holder in the top right-hand side
Push the bobbin to the right until it snaps in place (it will click)
On the outside of the machine, un-secure the hand sewing wheel so that it is loose
Power the pedal and watch the bobbin load
When finished, push the bobbin holder back to the left to release it and you're done
