I don't know how big they are, but probably easy enough to replace with a pop-rivet tool ($5-10 for a cheap kit). Else replace with a nut and bolt with the permanent version of lok-tite and/or glue.
It would be wise to find out why it is under strain at that point, but remember these are made of soft plastic and designed so they can stack like garbage cans for shipping (final assembly at store or at home) so it might not be put together quite straight.
