Messages meant to sent as sms are being recived as mms. HELP!

How do I solve this problem.  I already went to an AT&T store and they jus ttold me to call their 1-800 support team. I send text mesages to my friends and they are being transmitted as MMS.  It's a pain considering how much a single MMS cost.

This is a result of your inbox and outbox being too full.
If you clean up your messages from your inbox and outbox it should solve your problem

MMS is frequently used to send photos and videos from camera phones to other MMS phones or email accounts. Most camera phones have MMS, but many non-camera phones have it as well.

How do you set your phone to be able to send and receive MMS messages? I have a Sony Ericsson W910i on the network: 3.

To be able to send and receive MMS messages (picture messages), your network subscription must support picture messages and you must have MMS settings in your phone. These settings may already be in your phone when you buy it, or you can go to the Phone set-up service on this site to have the settings sent to you in an SMS message.

Cant send sms

The settings are all different, Internet, Wap etc... for MMS you need to call your service provider and ask them to send you the MMS settings, they are sent via a txt msg, when you receive them click Save or Install.
MMS doesn't work between all networks.
