IF YOU HAVE A DELL, GO TO THE DELL OFFICIAL WEBSITE AND GO TO SUPPORT AND DRIVERS. SINCE THIS IS AN AUDIO ISSUE, CLICK ON THE MODEL OF YOUR LAPTOP AND SELECT AUDIO. DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER CALLED "SIGMATEL AUDIO". THIS WILL LET YOU HAVE AN INTERNAL MICROPHONE. IT WORKED FOR ME SO USE IT.
HOPE IT WORKS OUT FOR YOU.
