get some air tool oil and oil it lol, if that will not speed it back up you may have to take it apart and clean it but the oil should do the trick. Do NOT use wd40, etc. use air tool oil

these things are pretty simple......make sure you oil every time you use it....it has 4 setting of torque 1 being the least power thru to 4 being strong....then it forward...clockwise or reverse anticlockwise...thats it,push the slide button from the front and then from the back of unit.
