Question about Kenmore 63712 Top Freezer Refrigerator
If there is water on the top shelves in the fresh food section you may have a drain problem when the freezer defrosts. one other possibility is there is a air leak somewhere could be a bad door seal. when warm air enters it will cause condensation and water will drip on the shelves.I suspect it might be comming from the freezer though. a easy way to check is to remove the back panel in the freezer and check for ice in the drain pan. if there is a blockage use a hair drier to melt the ice and hot water to clear the drain. let me know if this helped you solve your problem Good luck
