Question about Computers & Internet
Tried Ky 13 Keylooger(really anti keylogger, Vipere says it is a bad know file, just as it says PC Performer is....Entered info correctly to make PC Performer an exception...unable to do with downloaded version of anti keylogger that is supposed to block keylogging. Activi Agent removed, now I cannot find hidden software that is mean to me....Tonightthe cursor moved, it just moves by itself. Always moves to the top left hand corner & just sits there & moves or jiggles 1/32 of an inch. Before cursor gets to top left hand corner, it may go straight up & the move left & then sit on top of an icon for 5-10 seconds & then it will move a little to the left where it is in between 2 icons & just sits there a minute or more & then it moves left to another icon & just repeats its self until it finds the top left hand corner of screen....Moving tonight, but more quickly to left hand corner She is an ex & she is ruining my life again w/ old girlfriends(emails sent to them that look like I sent it,when I did not. Sent it to someone else. ). New girlfriends sent pics or websites I have visited. Do not know what to do. Is it NetWatcher or Web Watcher? I do not know. I do know the following....I want to know for sure who is doing this, & how(software) & how to stop from ever happening again & I know that she or they are so cheap that this is a free software & not something you pay for. She must have been screwing someone in the Computer Science Department 6 years ago ,since she works @ N.C. State University & she is still @ NCSU & it is happening all over again(the misery I went through & relationships ruined...some things we hope, are private).....Email is firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com....Please help, thank you...Nobody else seems to know or have never encountered such a problem(that is, experts so to speak.)..Thank you in advance...
It sounds like remote control is on. if so this is how she is doing it.all you have to do is shut it off. this should work if not let me know and ill check on a couple other things. but if it works i wouldn't open any emails or download anything from anyone you don't know cause it could be someone trying to hack your computer.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Mouse cursor moving by itself
I have the same dell computer, you have to down load the newest synaptics driver and disable the touch point mouse in the middle of the keyboard.
Here is the link.
Hope this helps!
It worked for me.

Does the system power on using the AC adapter?
How old is the battery?
If the system powers on and runs normally on AC, and only the battery fails to charge, the 1st thing I would look at is the battery itself.
Batteries in portable systems have a lifespan of 300 to 500 recharge/discharge cycles before they normally fail. This is why portable batteries have a 1 year warranty regardless of the system warranty.
If replacing the battery does not resolve, then you most likely need a motherboard replacement.

they can be horizontal. I think your graphics card on your motherboard is bad. you should consider sending it to acer so they can replace it with a new one.

SOURCE: cursor moving erratically
Sounds like your internal mouse maybe be malfunctioning and due to the pressure on the spacebar is causing the erratic movement.
To fix this you can enter your BIOS with the F2 key at startup.
Continue through until you find some input options to disable the internal mouse.

Hi there i will help up solve this problem that problem occur due to several reasons: first of all does it tell you to add memory? if it does then you need to do so, do you have antivirus and anti spyware software on your computer and do you scan often? if so you need to do this, secondly have you ever defrag your hard drive since you have the computer? if not you need to do that also, you can do this by clicking on start, programs accessories, system tools, disk defragmenter these tools keep the computer working properly, and as say it shut down by itself that mean it loses power you can remove the battery and use the wall outlet to see if it will stay on if it dont then the power supply is bad and need to be replace, but soon as you get it on run the things i mention above
if my advise is helpful in any way kindly vote for me
