I have desktop & laptop. She is hacking me, views keystrokes, email, website adresses & screen shots, screen shots of pics downloaded. I found Activ or Activi Trak Agents 3.0.19.0 in hidden fi

Tried Ky 13 Keylooger(really anti keylogger, Vipere says it is a bad know file, just as it says PC Performer is....Entered info correctly to make PC Performer an exception...unable to do with downloaded version of anti keylogger that is supposed to block keylogging. Activi Agent removed, now I cannot find hidden software that is mean to me....Tonightthe cursor moved, it just moves by itself. Always moves to the top left hand corner & just sits there & moves or jiggles 1/32 of an inch. Before cursor gets to top left hand corner, it may go straight up & the move left & then sit on top of an icon for 5-10 seconds & then it will move a little to the left where it is in between 2 icons & just sits there a minute or more & then it moves left to another icon & just repeats its self until it finds the top left hand corner of screen....Moving tonight, but more quickly to left hand corner She is an ex & she is ruining my life again w/ old girlfriends(emails sent to them that look like I sent it,when I did not. Sent it to someone else. ). New girlfriends sent pics or websites I have visited. Do not know what to do. Is it NetWatcher or Web Watcher? I do not know. I do know the following....I want to know for sure who is doing this, & how(software) & how to stop from ever happening again & I know that she or they are so cheap that this is a free software & not something you pay for. She must have been screwing someone in the Computer Science Department 6 years ago ,since she works @ N.C. State University & she is still @ NCSU & it is happening all over again(the misery I went through & relationships ruined...some things we hope, are private).....Email is snyd602@bellsouth.net or trueforyou@yahoo.com....Please help, thank you...Nobody else seems to know or have never encountered such a problem(that is, experts so to speak.)..Thank you in advance...

It sounds like remote control is on. if so this is how she is doing it.all you have to do is shut it off. this should work if not let me know and ill check on a couple other things. but if it works i wouldn't open any emails or download anything from anyone you don't know cause it could be someone trying to hack your computer.

SOURCE: Toshiba Satellite A100 VA1 system unit model# PSAAKC - VA104C

Does the system power on using the AC adapter?

How old is the battery?

If the system powers on and runs normally on AC, and only the battery fails to charge, the 1st thing I would look at is the battery itself.

Batteries in portable systems have a lifespan of 300 to 500 recharge/discharge cycles before they normally fail. This is why portable batteries have a 1 year warranty regardless of the system warranty.

If replacing the battery does not resolve, then you most likely need a motherboard replacement.

SOURCE: Display has lines that run through it

they can be horizontal. I think your graphics card on your motherboard is bad. you should consider sending it to acer so they can replace it with a new one.

SOURCE: cursor moving erratically

Sounds like your internal mouse maybe be malfunctioning and due to the pressure on the spacebar is causing the erratic movement.

To fix this you can enter your BIOS with the F2 key at startup.

Continue through until you find some input options to disable the internal mouse.

SOURCE: Toshiba laptop: cursor won't work (won't move)

Hi there i will help up solve this problem that problem occur due to several reasons: first of all does it tell you to add memory? if it does then you need to do so, do you have antivirus and anti spyware software on your computer and do you scan often? if so you need to do this, secondly have you ever defrag your hard drive since you have the computer? if not you need to do that also, you can do this by clicking on start, programs accessories, system tools, disk defragmenter these tools keep the computer working properly, and as say it shut down by itself that mean it loses power you can remove the battery and use the wall outlet to see if it will stay on if it dont then the power supply is bad and need to be replace, but soon as you get it on run the things i mention above
thank you
if my advise is helpful in any way kindly vote for me

keylogger is a type of computer virus that monitors and records the keystrokes on your computer, then relays that information back to a third party. It can reveal your personal information and be especially dangerous if you purchase products online, use online banking or do other similarly sensitive tasks. The key to stopping a keylogger is catching it before it has a chance to log any sensitive information on your computer. Use a well thought out strategy and some basic software tools.

Open your Task Manager by right-clicking on the taskbar and selecting the Task Manager option. Look through the list of computer processes on the Processes tab. If there are suspicious processes that you don't recognize, select them and click the End Process button. Your goal here is to do your best to stop the keylogger so that it can't collect any personal information from your computer. If you can't decipher which process it is in the task manager, you can start an on-screen keyboard so that you can type in commands for your computer without having your keystrokes recorded by the keylogger. Launch the on-screen keyboard on Windows XP by clicking on the Start button, going to "All Programs," then to "Accessories," "Accessibility" and then on the "On-Screen Keyboard" option. In Windows Vista or Windows 7, click the Start button and search for "Ease of Access Center." Open this program and choose the option to launch the on-screen keyboard. Use this keyboard to type in all commands throughout the rest of this process. Use an anti-virus program to thoroughly scan your computer. If you do not have an anti-virus program, use a free online virus scanner from a company like Trend Micro, which offers a free online virus scanner (you can also use an online scanner from another anti-virus company if you wish). When you scan your computer, be sure you perform a full system scan and that you remove any infections you find. Use an anti-malware program to scan your computer. Download a free anti-malware program such as Spybot - Search & Destroy or Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. http://corbitek-antimalware.soft32.com/free-download Free reliable antimalware solution with realtime protection and automatic update http://spybot-search-destroy.soft32.com/ Freeware detect and remove a multitude of adware files and modules. http://malwarebytes-anti-malware.soft32.com/ Free and easy-to-use, simple, and effective anti-malware application. Install one of these programs and run a complete system scan on your machine, much like you did with the anti-virus scanner. Remove any infections you find. Restart your computer and scan it again with an anti-virus and anti-malware scanner. If infections that were previously found and removed are no longer present, you can safely assume you have stopped the keylogger that was on your computer.

Hello there! If your facebook account hasn'n been hacked, create new e-mail adress, and let it be your e-mail adress on facebook. Go to account settings, change e-mail adress, verificate it, remove your previous e-mail, and that's it.

Probably you have some empty files into your adress book that blocks the access. Open your adress book from the dock or applications directory (you can find it by spotlight too) and erase the empty files (no names or no email adress)
