Did you install the water filter properly? If it is not installed properly it will not allow water to go through. Then no Ice or chilled water...

Check user manual and pull the filter and reinstall it.

whats the model and make of this thermostat. Just telling us its rounds doesnt help much. Is it a battery operated thermostsat, if so i would replace the batteries. Some round thermostat have an alarm indicating the timer has come to replace the air filters, the uv lamp, your smoke detector batteries, so on so forth

Hello, it needs to be reset, There two reset buttons one for the frig/frez and one for the filter--drinking water/ice maker. GB...stewbison

Check your drain pan and see if it is filling up with water. If it is clean the drain pan and drain line. Also is there a condensation pump on the unit? If there is see if it is pumping sounds like thats your problem.
