Question about Sony Time Crisis
Yes it is plugged in but will not play the game - appears like it is not reading the game installed -?
If you have the tv cables than its ok and you need to hear a click when you put the game in and need to close the case

Yes, you have a disc problem. Some PS1 games have audio MP3 , or WAV files on them, and poor reading sometimes will pick up the audio tracks and not the Game data. You could be having a Laser alignment issue, but if other PS1 games are working fine, you do not.
