to clear document jam: 1 Open the front panel. 2 Carefully remove the jammed document. 3 Close the front panel firmly until it clicks into place.
If the fax paper jams while you are receiving or printing, Remove jammed paper and press Cancel appears in the message.
if the paper is jammed in the printing area 1 Remove the jammed paper by pulling it out smoothly in the direction of the arrow as shown. If the paper tears when it is being removed check to ensure that no small pieces have been left inside the machine. 2 Press Cancel. 3 If this was a fax, reprint the fax. For more information, see reprinting faxes on page 29.

Printing a Fax in Memory
If you have Fax Storage ON for remote retrieval, you can still print a fax in the
memory when you are at your machine:
1 Press Menu/Set, 8, 4.
2 Press Fax Start.
3 Press Stop/Exit.

Polling is the process of retrieving faxes from another fax machine. You can use your
fax machine to "poll" other machines, or you can have someone poll your machine.
All parties involved in polling need to set up their fax machines to accommodate
polling. When someone polls your machine to receive a fax, they pay for the call; if
you poll someone's fax machine to receive a fax, you pay for the call.

Some fax machines do not respond to the Polling feature.
This answer maybe a little late for you but for anyone else tring to print fax stored in memory:
1. Press Menu - Fax Functions will display
2. Press 2 - Print report will display
3. Press Enter - Last Transact will display
4. Press 7 - Reprint Faxes will display printed the pages
5. Press Enter
This will print all faxes in memory. Press Stop when you have printed the pages you need.
You can print fax log (Press 2 after step 3) to see what is in memory
