Question about Canon imageRUNNER 5000 Copier
Hi - I had a Canon imagerunner 5075 and right now it's set up to scan to TIFF. I would like to change it to scan to PDF. Is there a way to do this remotely and make it the default for all stored addresses?
Unfortunately, you can't do it remotely. You have to do it at the machine. Just hit the "additional functions" button, go into "communication settings", then "TX settings" on the left, then "edit standard send settings". This is where you would set your default resolution and file type.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
