What does 7 yellow flashing wrenches mean?

With most wheelchair electronics a 7 flash means the joystick is bad. A 7 flash means "joystick is out of neutral".

I have a error code of 5

This is a right brake fault code, usually from bumping the lever that takes the motor out of gear so that the drive wheel will turn so you can push the chair. Put the lever in the full neutral position, then put back into gear to drive to see if this fixes it. If it still flashes, unplug the cable from the right motor to the controller and plug back in again, that should do it. If not, you have an issue that a technician will need to look at that is more serious.

I HAVE STORM TDX5 CAN BE SITTING STILL AND THE CHAIR WILL TAKE OFF BY ITSELF AND GO WILD WHEN I SHUT IT OFF FINALLY IT COMES UP NEUTRAL TESTING AND WON'T GO ANYWHERE CAN YOU TELL ME IF IT IS THE JOYSTICK

Yes, it definitely sounds like a bad joystick control or a bad joystick wiring harness to the controller. Using a hand held programmer you can read the fault log to verify the number of fault codes attributed to the joystick and joystick out of neutral at start-up. Most dealers and certified technicians have the proper HHP to read the fault log and make this determination.
With the power wheelchair off you can feel a bad joystick gimbal by rotating it in circles and forward and back, feeling for rough and dead spots. If it does not come back to neutral when you release it i.e. it is off center, you have a bad gimbal. Because it sounds like a safety issue, I would recommend having this repair done before using the chair again. Hope this helps.

Invacare pronto m51 moving very slow. moves free and easy when in neutral

Check that the speed control on your joystick is set to high. If it is then you probably have a battery problem. Even with all the lights lit on the joystick you can have one battery of the two on the chair that is not charging fully. This will cause the M51 to creep and not work correctly

Sudden jerks to right

Sounds like you've got one motor which is beginning to fail or your joystick gimbal is out of alignment. A bad joystick gimbal will give a joystick out of neutral fault at start-up. A weak motor will give you the sympton you describe. A bad or non-freewheeling caster will give a similar symptom.
