Question about Zebra LP 2824 Printer
I am using the QuickBooks POS with the Zebra LP2824 Printer with peel and stick labels. Using the Print designer inside of QB POS I am using the discount price tag template. When I print my tags the printer prints a tag spits out a blank tag and then prints another. I have been on phone with Zebra Technical services and calibrated the unit, uninstalled and reinstalled the unit and still it skips every other tag. Please Help!
create a word template document with the page size the same size as the label. Set the margins to 0 and fill the label up with text. This should make the printer print right the way over the bale.

you can adjust this in the template file for your price tags. how did you create your basic price tag label? in the zebra label creator? if so, make the adjustment there. if you have a .ejf file for your price tag label, you should be able to open it in notepad and add the height in pixel dots with the "q" or "Q" command from the EPL programming handbook. This can be a little tricky, but with some trial and error, you can get it.

check the label margins, and label dimensions, and spacing , normaly is these problem, or is a printer driver problem, try reinstall driver

Calibrate the media that is in the printer. Power the printer on while holding the feed key. When it flashed red, let go. It will calibrate, print a config label, then go into dump. Press the feed key again to exit dump. Once this is complete, your printer should advance only one label at a time when you press the feed key. If this is working as expected, but the labels are not printing right when you print from you application, there is a problem with your format or driver settings.

possible is not the best printer to work on site-by site labels because the sensors that read the gab are on the midle of the label and possible can't check wen the label start and end. try the printer S4M (sensors on lenf side), or try normal labels and press the botton until flash 2 times and release the botton (calibrate).
