If your computer has a HDMI port, then that would be the way to go. USB will not allow you to stream video.

No... PC has no HDMI port. Ironically I have the matching LG DVD Surround-sound system, too. But it seems to have developed a fault; Try and play a DVD or content from the USB port and it works great. For 5 seconds or so, then the screen blanks for two seconds, then it comes back on and plays... for 5 seconds and this repeats itself ad inf. I have no idea what's up. :\

Can I watch a film on a USB stick from the service USB port?

Yes, if your tv has the appropriate software built in to play the video files on your stick. It has been my experience that many tv's lack the proper codecs for playing some files. Your blue ray dvd's with the usb input usually play lots more of the files.

How do I play movies from my USB hard drive connected to my toshiba CT-90302 tv?

Make sure your TV will accept video files. Most USB ports were made to show still photos and to update the software in the TV itself. Newer TV's can play video files, but make sure the file format is one that the TV recognizes.

Download for my DVD player

You say you are downloading videos? If you are talking about YouTube videos you will need a program that can capture the streaming video that YouTube sends to you; there are dozens of programs out there that will do this, just Google "Youtube Video Download". This will give you many options to choose from. Once you have the video file captured you will have to decide how to watch it. If you plan to watch it via your DVD player you can use a DVD authoring program to convert the files into the MPEG2 format and then create the proper VOB files and burn them to a DVD. If you have a newer DVD player or, even better, a BluRay player you may be able to play the captured video files without creating a DVD. You will have to figure out what video file formats your player can read. Once you know which formats then, when you capture the Youtube files, make sure you save them in one of the supported formats. Then you will only have to burn these files to a DVD to play them, skipping all the work of converting to MPEG2 and authoring a proper DVD. If your player has a USB port you just copy the files to a USB Flash Drive to play them on any compatible player.

How do you relink a file to corel videostudio?

Using a USB key is the worst thing you can do when you are video editing.
When you are editing video it is best to have the video clips on your main hard drive for the best Play back and rendering performance.
Video editing software doesn't actually change the original files, it just remembers what parts of the videos you want to use and then saves that memory in a project file, it does not save the video files. when you render the video it will make a new video file.
If you make any changes to the project files (Pictures and videos) in the project (e.g. name change, location, re-save) the video editing software will no longer be able to link the files back to the project and will then prompt you to re-link the files.
Also the performance of video editing software relies a lot on the data transfer speed. when you are using a USB drive you are cutting the performance down BIG time.
When you are using VideoStudio save all the files you are editing to the hard drive in one folder. when you are done and you want to transfer the project off, select File | Smart Package. What this will do is gather all of the project files and allow you to save to a USB drive and you can transfer the project to any other computer and open the project using VideoStudio without the relinking issue.
