Question about Xerox Phaser Office Equipment & Supplies
Everything works great with this machine-I just need to know what to touch to get the scan to work. It's set up correctly

SOURCE: HP All-in-one will not scan
I think I have the solution for you (after facing similar problem). Try installing the drivers and then go to my computer right click on the HP and select "Scan using wizard". My HP is able to scan using this method although I still can't scan using the button on the printer so if you don't mind clicking the mouse instead of the printer's button you should be fine.
