In most cases it will be the defrost control or 67001036 Defrost Timer
Because I don't have your freezer temperature I must include the=> 67003410 Air Damper Assembly
Look inside the fresh food section and behind the control panel where you adjust temperature. I want you to find the 67001036 Defrost Timer
and with a flathead screwdriver turn the defrost timer slowly clockwise untill the compressor and fans stop. Leave like that for thirty minutes. If the timer does not restart the fans and compressor simply replace the defrost timer if you need to turn to restart fan and compressor. I have more to explain of other cause for this so let me know how turning defrost timer like explained above turns out. This is forcing defrost but it will explain with other parts that may have failed also..I am here to help Thanks Sea Breeze

Sounds like the overload/relay is going out . If the noise is a " click " , replace the o/relay after checking the 3 terminals on compressor for continuity and each terminal to ground ( copper tubing ) .
Testimonial: "thanks Mike. it worked at that time, a year later we had more problems and had a new compressor put in and today something else is wrong with it. It is on and sounds normal but is not cooling at all, then when it shuts off there is this screeching noise that comes from it for about half a minute or so."

Is the freezer cold enough? Should be close to 10 degrees.
Is there water or ice in the ice mold? If not put water in
it and see if it dumps the ice after it’s frozen. If there is ice, lift the cut off arm and let
it drop to see if it will start.
If it does dump the ice but don’t refill with water.
Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Then
try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell
you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear.
The water inlet valve on the back of unit opens when the ice
maker needs water. If the valve doesn't seal good because of sediment or wear
it will continue to drip and when the water reaches the ice maker supply tube
it will freeze. You can take the water
line off the valve and watch to see if it drips.

In your shuffling of the refrigerator you may have knocked the condensate drain away from the pain near the compressor that evaporates the water back into the air inside your home. Or you may have the refrigerator leaning in a way that the water pools up near the condensate drain pipe beginning in the rear of the freezer and has frozen over and causing the water to drain over the condensate collector pan behind the rear wall of the freezer. I have more, Sea Breeze

ITS NOT OVERLOADED. YOU HAVE A DEFROST PROBLEM. ONE OF THREE THINGS ARE NOT WORKING. TIMER, DEFROST THERMOSTAT, OR THE HEATER. THIS SHOULD BE CHECKED BY A QUALIFIED TECH. GOOD LUCK

Unplug and manual defrost This happens when warm moist air is drawn into refrigerator. It freezes as frost and confuses the motherboard or defrost timer and put a heavy strain on compressor.. You also have a defrost timer inside the fresh food compartment. It is possible you can run forward to force defrost=> 67001036 Defrost Timer turn timer with small flathead screwdriver slowly clockwise.Click Here=> ARS2464B Amana Refrigerator Control Parts List Part 711 in top left photo can be found in the control panel inside the fresh food compartment. Try that and let me know if this helped, Thanks, Sea Breeze
