Sending ascii 127 to bryce 16k inkjet printer

The bryce 16k inkjet printer is capable of printing 4 state barcodes(full/top/middle/bottom) which may conform to the usps intelligent mail barcode format. to achieve this the manual states i have to send ascii 127(del) followed by a string of 0's,1's,2's,3's to produce the appropriate bars. how do i send the ascii 127 control code using (possibly) a text editor(notepad?) and a generic printer driver from a vista dell pc.

thank you-if it requires some kind of programming we have a programming dept, but they need something to go on.

I am message is print cartridge not detected printer not working

moz-screenshot.pngmoz-screenshot-1.pngHello.
Lift the cover from your right while being in front of the printer. Leave it powered on.
You are going to see the cartridges coming in the middle. Here you can remove your cartridges by pressing on top & pulling it at the same time. To replace, just reverse the steps.
I hope that this helps you.

I'm inputing ASCII via RS232 would like barcode printout

You will need to send the data using ZPL or the printer won't recognize it , if you don't have experience in this area print through the Zebra Print Driver should work. In your application use Barcode 128 as the font and see how it goes

Printing text with no margins

Hello,

You need to make sure that your printer is capable of doing this. Most of them are not. If your printer is definitely capable of printing "full bleed", then there should be an option in the print dialog box that allows you to specify printing to the edges.

Symbol scanners (several models) not recognizing Code 39 Extended

The barcode must be a Code 39 barcode, not a Code 39 Extended or Full ASCII barcode. The Enable Code 39 Full ASCII must be scanned from the Symbologies section of the LS2208 Product Reference Guide (page 186 of 342). The Enable Function Key Mapping barcodes would have to be scanned if you are seeing something other than the tab happen when you scan into your application. In Word, for instance you will see the italics enable/disbled whenever the $I is encountered in the barcode.

As for the Covert to Code 39 Full ASCII- that is for Wand and Scanner emulation. The setting was having no effect because you were not connecting to either of these hosts.
