Thanks for using fixya!

the only solution for that is to bring your phone to a service center so that they can test the circuit boards and the sound board.
If you have your warranty, it will be much better.

have a nice day! please rate me positively! thanks!

If you need further assitance, let me know.

I have Windows Media Player on my BlackJack which

If you want to remove Windows media player from your handset, just connect it your PC or laptop.
After your PC recognizes your handset, just open it in my computer, and go to 'kjava' named folder and delete all files of windows media player.

I reset the phone and the media player works now...

this issue all depends on your s/p but if you have any songs in your window media player on your phone that you would like to make into ring tones you can go to your file management and copy and paste them in to your ring tone file or you can buy a ring tone app from hand mark inc online all depeding on your s/p

Corded Mic works great. I am going to try and buy a $20 Mic piece and replace that to see if it works, as it does not seem to be a major problem.

No audio from speakers

With other models (I don't know about the 6515) there's a known hardware issue with the switch in the headphone jack sticking, getting bent, or breaking. One discussion at: http://www.ipaqhq.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12999&highlight=sound If the phone ringer is on the same circuit as the rest of audio, then that would not be the explanation. But I can also imagine the ringer being a separate circuit. Good luck.
