Turn on the component you wish to sync to your universal remote--your television, DVD player, VCR or stereo.
Point the remote at the device
you are programming and press the corresponding device button on the
remote. These buttons are labeled "TV," "VCR", "DVD," etc. Hold the
device button for three to five seconds.
Push the power button on the remote. This should turn on the device that you are syncing.
Push the "Channel Up" or "Channel Down" button on your remote gradually until the device that you are programming shuts off.
Press "OK" or "Enter" on the remote once the synced device turns off.
Press the device button for the
component you just programmed, and hit the power button while pointing
the remote at the component. If programmed correctly, the device should
turn on, and you should be able to control it with your Living Solutions

The cisco 3925 has 4 WIC slots and 2 SM slots - you can get a converter that turns SM into NM (SM-NM-ADPTR) and maybe even one that turns an SM into HWIC too I think (maybe SM-SLOT-DIVIDER, never used it myself) so I don't see the problem?
WIC Reset Utility is the only solution to the problem. Caution! WIC Interface uses Technical terms for settings and have many factory level setting options, which should not be disturbed by an end-user, so carefully use WIC only to reset INK Levels and Pad Counters. Better refer screenshots of WIC from internet before trying, me too have an L210, the solution is 100% sure and Applied, I am sure you will be thanking me..
