Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

This application has failed to start because wpcap.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem

its not the mother board

Download Wpcap.dll From the Internet
If the wpcap.dll is missing, you may try to download and install wpcap.dll file from a reliable and trustworthy online DLL Directory to repair the error. Remember to save the DLL file in its original location. After you have saved the wpcap.dll, you need to register the file. Perform the following steps to register this DLL:
  1. Go to Start menu and select Run.
  2. In the Open box, type cmd and press Enter.
  3. Finally, to register the DLL, type regsvr32 wpcap.dll and press Enter.
Run a Virus and Spyware Scan of Your Entire System

"Application has failed to start because wpcap.dll

You need to uninstall the offending program and reload it, and that should resolve the issue. BACKUP FIRST.

Iiriver 3 failed to start SMV.dll was not found

Search google for smv.dll. A lot of people have this problem and apparently the manufacturer says you need to remove the current version completely and then download the latest version which fixes the problem from the manufacturer's website.

This application has failed to start because MSVP71.dll was not f

Hi,

It is actually the MSVCP71.dll, the runtime library of VC++ of .NET

U need to install the runtime libraries of VC++, you might have accidentally uninstalled them with some other software. :)

You can get them from the net, through the microsoft website. OR Try reinstalling the realplayer.

One more info, if it is the "MSVP71.dll", instead of the real one, which has gone missing, check your antivirus log for anything caught recently with that name :)

:)

Have a nice time
