If you have forgot the codes for your mobile you can unlock it by using the last four digits of your phone number or four zeros. If these codes are not working you can contact your network service provider to get the unlock codes.
If you need to reset your mobile then press the "Menu" button,from main menu scroll to "Settings/Tools" and select the option by pressing the center "Menu/OK" button.Scroll to "Settings" and select.Scroll and select "More". Scroll to "Security" and press your "Menu/OK" button.Enter in your phone's security code when prompted. Select "Reset/Erase", then "Reset". A warning message will appear. Press the "Menu/OK" button, then highlight and select "Yes" to confirm the reset.

You will need to try online at unlockitnow.com or mobile2mobile.net or try a mobile store close to you to have it unlock for a fee.

yea give it back to the proper owner you ***. its frozen for a reason. they most likely had it frozen cause they paid good money for it and want it back. Why would you even think to do anything else with the phone. if it was yours I am sure you would want it back. I hope someone has just as much christmas cheer as you do and kicks your face in for no reason if you don't return i to the rightful owner

you should take the phone and have it unlock online at mobile2mobile.net or unlokitnow.com or take it to a mobile store and have it unlock for a fee.
