SOURCE: Hampton Bay 52 In. Clarington. How do I reverse the fan?

Try these two: 1) look for a small switch up near the light area on the dark-colored area of the fan. If a switch is there, then simply flip the switch to the other position; 2) if you have a remote control for the fan, the reverse mode may appear on the remote control. Hope this helps.

If there isn't a reverse button on the remote then you have to do it manually on the fan.

I have a hampton bay UC7087T that stopped working - both the fan and light. When you flip the switch the light flickers on then goes off and never comes on. Anyone seen this? Thanks.

You likely have a bad connection to the power input of the fan. Could be a loose wire nut someplace in the feed to the fan. Probably right at the fan and vibration has worked it loose. Check the connections in the box the fan is mounted to.
You should probably turn off the circuit breaker for safety while doing this. Often the wires will spring out of the loose connector and you have a handfull of hot wires!

I HAVE A HAMPTON BAY CEILING FAN. MODEL FAN-2R

On the body of the fan motor is a small sliding switch(up and down), if you cannot reach it you can use a broomstick to carefully change it's position.

We have a hampton bay ceiling fan model 54cvt. We cant figure out how to change the light bulb or change the direction of the blades. We dont have a manual for the fan.

This fan is also known as the Hampton Bay Covington 54 Ceiling Fan. You need to turn the globe anti clockwise until it comes out. The full instruction manual can be found here.
