Back left wheel squeals in protest when i try to turn right. Chair struggles to move in any direction except a left turn.
Have you completely disengaged the wheel locks? Check for worn wheel bearings.

Yes, the main controller module can be very expensive to replace. I would take it to a reputable dealer if the battery replacement does not help.

Hi. your problem could be a couple of faults. Have you checked that both tyres have the same pressure in them? Problem could also be a faulty motor or brake unit. When these motors have done a few years work they build up carbon and copper dust from the brushes and the commutator. the motors can be tested for this if you find a clever serviceman. The motors should also be tested to see if they are both drawing the same current ( amps ) when in use. In answer to your last question, the answer is probably no. Good luck. Neil.
