Question about HP Pavilion dv6000t Notebook
I have an HP notebook and when I first bought it I purchased maxassurance with it, so if my batter is totally dead will it be replaced by office max?
Yes it is covered because its hardware, software however is not covered. If the machine is still under a year old then it is covered by the manufacturers warranty. Check your policy or phone them up as i'm 99% sure that insurance covers all hardware so they will replace the battery for free.
Good luck and thanks for using FixYa!!
