Here is the reset procedure for counter
Must go to initial mode. Remove compact flash cover on top right side of machine. Press “warm restart” switch. When display shows a “.” on the left side, press “3.” Enter the service code; default is 8 zeros 000 000 00. Press “End.” Shut power and turn back on.

Hope this helps.

Hi!

In the right side on control panel, beside LCD contrast currsor is situated a small hole. Insert a pick in this hole until copier is restarted.

If that doesn't help then check your HV card and roller, clean them and again reset the machine.

If still not able to do it then enter the service mode by---

    1. Utility
    2. Counters
    3. stop 00 stop01
    4. With regulator zoom function you want yes
    5. look for f8

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Something with your developer causing not enough toner. Maybe an auger issue in the developer or in the toner feed itself?
