sounds like a faulty water inlet valve, not seating properly after closing the valve.replacing the valve is the only solution to this problem, in the meantime you can turn off your water supply in between doing loads.
not a bad habit to get into!!!!

Does the wash tub spin freely by hand? If the tub does NOT spin by hand, the rear tub bearings may have seized up or something could be bound around the spin basket shaft (I've seen this one before). Let's hope it's not this problem.
If the tub DOES spin...have you checked to see if the drive belt was still on (sorry...I have to ask that question. I'm not trying to insult your intelligence here, but I have seen this one too).
Do you have the tech sheet that came with the washer? It's located behind the lower panel under the door, or taped to one of the interior cabinet walls. This tech sheet will explain to how to troubleshoot the symptoms you are describing. I suspect you may have a bad motor control unit (MCU) or bad motor. There are several voltage and resistance readings that you will need to perform in order to isolate the problem. It's odd, however, that diagnostics does not pick up any error codes. Normally, an error code will be generated if there was a no spin problem. It just doesn't make sense...Please post back and let me know.

The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off. Drain off the excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a good plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully. Check your pump too, comes after the filter.

Tips for a great answer:
Hello & Welcome to FixYa
F2 is a drain error in your washer, if the unit is unable to drain then after 4 minutes it will display suds and then F2. The first thing that should be done is cleaning the drain hose and the drain pump filter, you can take out three torx screws from the bottom front panel and then clean the area completely, lift up the cap to clean the filter. If the error returns then check the drain pump if it is not working then replacing the pump is recommended repair. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.
