Question about Computers & Internet
What is blinking on the screen? Your manufacturer logo? From the way it sounds it's not completing the POST test, may be a hard drive malfunction. Disconnect the HDD and start up again, if it gives you a "NO HDD DETECTED" error, that means it's your HDD preventing the startup, if it still blinks, you'll have to strip each part out one by one until you find the part that is causing it not to boot (graphics card, RAM, keyboard/mouse, etc etc)
