SOURCE: I have problem with my MAN truck TGA 33.400 It

EDC 03779-10 = Fuel pressure too low in the common rail.
Start by checking the fuel filters and the likes for deposits or leaks. Then take it to a repair shop and have them check the fuel pump itself. Finally they will have to dismantle the common rail and the injectors to check for abnormal wear.
This is a big job and if the pump will have to be replaced, very expensive.

My man tga truck is having hard starting and when it runs it produces too much black smoke when you accelerate but when idling its normal.

check for turbo failure, loose turbo hoses or cracked intercooler
at idle the amount of air is correct for the fuel setting but on rpm the fuel increases but the air increase is missing
run fault codes

Check the seals on the intercooler, for oil to get in the pipes means that the seals are damaged and its loosing compression

I have a 99 saab 9-5.large amount of bluish smoke comes out as I accelerat engine sounds fine.Much less smoke comes out as I drive at constant pace. No power from turbo but can hear it doing sonething

if the smoke is after you have been idling at lights for a few minutes , then it is valve stem seals gone hard or worn
if you are driving and accelerate hard as in passing then it will be worn big end bearings over loading the oil rings
turbos with oil seal problems will smoke all the time and if it seems to have no power , that could be from from leaking intercooler hoses, cracked intercooler or intercooler pipes or from faulty dump valve control actuator
check the viscosity of the oil in use as it may not be correct for the operating conditions or mileage of the engine.

I bought a T/3 T4 T3 turbo charger 2.25" 4 bolt exhaust .48at turbo Charger 42ar oil cooled only for an 04 maxima and I'm wondering what accessories am I gonna need piping and intercooler wise and turbo...

Turbo manifold, blow off valve, waste gate, intercooler, turbo timer, piggyback or standalone ECU, most likely an all new exhaust system, new intake, filter. An oil cooler may be needed, as those turbo chargers are most likely cooled and lubricated by the oil in the engine, needing to be piped through the turbo itself.

Intercooler line floaded with oil

CHECK YOUR OIL LEVEL IN ENGINE INCASE OVER FILLED THIS WILL SUCK IT INTO ENGINE, IF OK CHECK YOUR ENGINE BREATHER TO SEE IF BLOCKED CAN CAUSE BACK PRESSURE IN ENGINE AND START BLOWING OIL SEALS AND GASKETS, AND THE 1ST TO GO IS THE TURBO SEALS, YOU CAN REMOVE AIR INTAKE PIPE TO TURBO AND CHECK FINS INSIDE TURBO WITH YOUR FINGERS TO SEE IF ANY MOVEMENT IN SHAFT. PLEASE DO THIS WITH ENGINE TURNED OFF :)

Hi, I have a 2005 hilux 3.0 turbo Diesel , it started blowing blue smoke at startup from cold at 130,000ks . Once it warms up a little it clears.

There can be several reasons for this. You can have worn valve stem seals on the valves, which may change with warm oil, or you have worn oil rings in the cylinders.

A compression test when the engine is cold would reveal if the piston rings are worn. Another possibility could be a bad head gasket which leaks oil when cold and then seals when the heads warm. A compression test would also diagnose this.

I have MAN TGA 18.350 it seems on dash board CHECK TCO wht does it stands for

The "CHECK TCO" message that appears on the dashboard of a MAN TGA 18.350 truck is likely related to the truck's TCO (Transport Control Outlet) system. The TCO system is responsible for monitoring and controlling various aspects of the truck's operation, such as the exhaust gas temperature, the engine oil pressure, and the coolant temperature. The "CHECK TCO" message is likely indicating that there is an issue with one or more of these systems and it needs to be checked by a qualified technician. You should refer to the truck's manual for more information on the TCO system and how to troubleshoot the issue.

My 96 tt 993 is accumulating oil in the intercooler and then spiling down to the left side onto the engine, is there an easy fix to this problem?

If oil is accumulting inside the inetercooler, it means that the turbo-shaft seal is leaking causing oil to by pass in to the intake system, then through to your intercooler. A quick check to see if this is a fault, remove the hose/piping from the turbo the intercooler and place a piece of white paper over the hole at the turbo where the air is dispelled. Run the engine for a few minutes and if you notice any oil occuring/building up on the white papaer, then it is the turbo seal. This method is used on everything from jetskis to dump trucks. If no oil is present then the oil leak will be coming from somewhere else on the engine, and being sucked in through to the top of the intercooler. May have to remove it to see where any other leaks are coming from.

There is oil in my 2004 BMW 320d return pipe from the intercooler to the intake manifold and smoke when started.

simple. the trubo bearing/seal (probably more the seal) is stating to go and that is leaking oil into the return pipe. take pipe off and have a look at the turbo and see if you can see any oil leaking from inside of it. also oil in the intercooler = bad clean out after fixing the turbo = use solvent or something to dissolve oil but make sure you let the intercooler dry out before re-installing it
