I have been using this laptop for some time now, and I have only just started to get this message. I tried restoring it to an earlier date, but that didn't fix it.

It is a set of additional drivers needed for some main drivers/programs for Toshiba laptops. I believe the one you need is this one:
If it's not the one (if it fails for some reason) simply go to Toshiba web site and type the "tecra m2v common modules" in the search string. You get plenty of links. Here is the link to search at technical support:

You may need to re-install the operating system all over again as you had tried to restore your computer using Restore Disc but failed. In these cases, you will have to try to wipe all your data and install OS once again.
