Question about Casio Parts Cash Register PC Desktop
I have a TK-1550. Im having trouble setting up the three page menus. Do I have to set up flat PLU's, PLU's or Dept's? Do I have to modify any functions to toggle between menu 1, 2 or 3. The existing documentation is vague on setting up what I need to fully utilize this function. Please hep
It can be tricky. This is normally a dealer setup before the machine reaches you.
You will need level buttons to switch between the 3 levels. do you have these?
You should program the other 2 levels with product types the same as first level, so if there are departments on L1, then put depts on 2 and 3.
I don't have the programming manual for this model, as we have the SE series over here and it is not quite the same. If you have a manual in electronic format that you can send, I'll look through it for you. Otherwise, I can only give pointers.
