Your T-Mobile Wing

Once you have your device activated and charged, you will have to calibrate the screen. Once you have done that, you will be on the Today Screen. The Today Screen displays important information, such as upcoming appointments and status indicators. You can tap a section on the screen to open the associated program. To customize the Today Screen, including the background image, tap Start>Settings>Personal tab>Today

I have a tmobile wing the phone works fine but the touch screen does not work. i got the phone from someone and when i switch the sim cards it went to the screen that says to taap it to align the screen..i...

All you have to do is tap the screen with the stylus (slim pen that is position on the bottom right side of phone) where ever you see ( + ). Follow the plus sign ( + ) where ever it is on your screen. It should go in 5 different directions on the screen before it prompts you to the next screen. This process is mostly needed for hard reset (starting from original factory settings) or if you need to align the screen with the stylus.

Please make sure while performing the aligning task to tap the center of the (+) as possible. Not doing so may result in a poor functioning screen.

My tmobile wing won't turn on

If you have an SD card in your phone take it out and try turning it on. You can take it out when you see it going back to the white t-mobile screen. Once the device is on and to the home screen you can insert the card again.
