just dont try to slide it up and i got a lg banter it slides but mine dont do that

Forgot LG Scoop security code.

the security code is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number.....unless you changed it at sometime.

if you dont remember your 4 digit security code you can do a ##786# BUT THIS WILL WIPE ALL INFORMATION IN PHONE

My LG scoop from alltel keeps turning on and off

I think the reason is sliding it up too hard. I've looked at it and done some experiments and i found that sliding it up too hard can damage the LCD screen and it will occasionally shut down without notice. So i'm assuming sliding it too hard is the main reason.

Try pulling the battery for 15 seconds or so. It should power up.

My LG rumor touch has a problem. It won't turn on at all. The screen lights up black, but it won't fully turn on. I've tried to take the battery out and I shut it off for over an hour and it still won't work. Any suggestions?
