How to repair a Raypack pool heater that displays a ROL fault code?

simply replacing the roll out fuse wont solve your problem. those safeties open from an over temp situation or negative pressure down draft. clean out any dirt and debri from venting, inspect the underside of heat exchanger for build up or soot. ensure you have proper combustion/ventilation air openings if heater is in a shed. if heater is outdoors, Raypack is notorious for getting downdrafts back down the draft hood causing burner flames to come outside the burner box

My Robo-kleen go back and forth. I removed limit screws up front and nothing change.

I would check your front drive wheels and back idler wheels for debris or leaves. If something has become lodged in the pool cleaners axles, it could be preventing full motion. You can also check for an obstruction in the impeller (take the top grill off and check for an obstruction). If it is not either of these, it is probably going to be a malfunctioning gear box or drive system. If that is the case, you will have to have it repaired by an authorized pool professional that handles robotic pool cleaners.

My pool heater rheem said clean filter and strainer. not turning on heat what should i do..to solve the problem and tell me how do i clean the strainer where it is location...

They are referring to the strainer basket inside the filtration pump, and the pool filter system itself. The indication is either this basket is full of debris or the pool filter is so dirty you do not have enough water flowing through the heater. A safety device in the heater is shutting down the heater to prevent damage. None of the parts you named are inside the heater.

Robokleen is now making very short back and forth motions not covering the entire pool as it did when first purchased

First, check the impeller for obstructions. Occasionally hair or linen may get caught in the impeller. With the transformer off, take the top grill off by removing the 2 screws from the top. If you see any debris caught, remove it and replace the grill and screws. Also, check the pool cleaners axle bearings and wheels for leaves or other debris that could be causing the wheels to catch. If you can solve the problem with either of these, you will probably have to have the cleaner services because it is going to be a mechanical issue and you will void your warranty if you open the electrical components of the cleaner.
