Anyone got a faint idea of what A/Rose is, I've heard that its a network "thing"
anyways its causing me to get problems on bootup.
I'm using an A4000T w/CV64-3D+SD and 22MB ram, I do have an Ariadne connected to a 10MB cable
modem, could that be causing the trouble?
I used the plain 7.5.1 install disks and altough it took some time, I did not receive
errors...
All hints welcome!

Yeah. Here is, why: A/ROSE=Apple Realtime Operating System Environment
It was thought to use old NuBus-Ethernet-cards with some processors and
their driver soft. So, the only thing, you can do with it: *DELETE*
Maybe this makes it heavier.
That's, because it could *install* it without problems. The use of that
thing causes problems...

comp.sys.amiga.emulations about "SS problem with System 7.5.1 A/Rose" \r
A\Rose is a exstension that "mounts" NuBus cards on MacLC and other Macs
with a nuBus slot. You will *NOT* need this extension in ANY Emulator.

: : Anyone got a faint idea of what A/Rose is, I've heard that its a network "thing"
I remember it being called something like "Apple Real-time Operating
System Extension" and it seems like I haven't seen it included since
7.5(.0), so it's probably not necessary to run SS emulation...

Yeh, just disable extensions on boot, with the shift key and when it
boots up with no problems disable the a/rose extension. All should
then work fine.
