A clean installation

it is recommended to this service at least
once every 8 months, it wipes all your hard
drive from data, programs, bugs, errors and viruses
this will 100% solve your problem guaranteed.

for xp/ insert the installation disk
to be cleared you don’t need a specific disk made to your computer
if your coa says “Microsoft xp home or pro” then any windows home or pro
cd will do this the same apply to vista. So buy, borrow or download any OEM
not pirate version of the original operating system that is specified in your
Windows sticker. The oem cds can be found on ebay they should cost less
Than $10 or £10 do not buy the license version because your already have
The license underneath the laptop. “coa” is the sticker with the serial number
Which will be asked for in the middle of the installation.

restart the computer and a message will
come up asking to press any key to boot
from cd. once you do that "i mean you press a key"
then a blue screen will load then asks you
to press Enter to install xp.

1. press enter
2. select the partion and press enter
3. select continue "it warns you to delete files"
4. select format "quick"
5. now let it do the rest and follow instructions
6. when the installation is finished you'll notice
its like new again, some computers will need
drivers which you can get from manufacturer
website. download and install them.

When i am trying to instaling win xp .getting a error message like stop 0x00000007B in a blue screen

hello Shameeralipk,

The most popular Blue Screen of Death error in Windows is the STOP 0x0000007B error, sometimes called the 0x7b error or the "INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE" BSOD.

This BSOD (which is actually the common name for a STOP Error) could mean that there's a serious hardware problem with a hard drive controller, a driver issue, or even a boot sector virus.

thansk.

I have a virus on my hp and was just wondering if you have any ideas how to get it off

Most antivirus companies have "disinfect" utilities you can download and use for free. For example, Kaspersky's Virus Removal Tool 2011: http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/avptool2011

If you have another computer (or a friend who can help you out) to burn a CD iso or make a bootable USB flash drive, I would use Kaspersky's Rescue Disk: http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/rescuedisk

You would prepare the rescue boot CD/USB key, then boot the infected computer with it. Since you aren't booting the infected hard drive, you'll get less interference from the virus.

Norton/Symantec, McAfee, and others have similar free tools, but I think the Kaspersky tools are easier to use.

Whenever I connect any removable drive automatically 4 shortcuts got created of control panel.

You have a virus on your PC. Unfortunately, once you have this virus, it usually does not help updating your anti virus and running a scan since the virus is running in the memory of the PC and every infected file the anti virus removes - the virus just puts back again. Try one of two things to remove the virus:

1] First update your anti virus (if you dont have an anti virus, download the free AVG Antivirus and install that and then update it. Click here to go to AVG's website. Once installed - Boot your pc into SAFE MODE. This is VERY important otherwise the virus will load into memory and it wont help running the anti virus to clean the system as the memory resident virus will just replace any infected file that is removed by the scan. To boot your PC into safe mode: Read this article: Click here.

Once you are in safe mode - Open the Anti-virus console and do a complete system scan.

2] Remove the infected hard drive from your PC and install it as a secondary drive in a clean, VIRUS PROTECTED PC!!! ... i.e .. any pc that has the latest anti-virus system installed and is up to date!. Once you have installed the infected drive in the protected PC as a secondary drive, run a scan on the infected drive and remove the virus.

Once you have removed the virus, also scan ANY USB devices on that PC, including any Cameras, cellphones, photo frames, etc that you might have plugged into the infected PC.

Good luck

Ensure the CD drive is set as the 1st boot device in the BIOS. Try F2 or Delete key immedietely on startup a few times until it enters the BIOS. Chnge the order there to CD first. Save and exit. Boot with CD, no F* key required.

Laptop freezing

I'd suggest that the density of your disks might be different than the floppy itself.

or the floppy is broken

or there's a virus scanning going on, and the floppies are infected.

could be any of these.
