Question about AT&T BlackBerry Curve 8310 Cell Phone - Red
I guess you have newarly solved your problem.
So, install the latest Device software first using the Desktop Manager. Also Double check the Device Manager version - Make sure it's the latet version - if it's old then un-install it and install the new one.
So once you have the Phone software and the latest Device Manager, plug your Device in and use the Desktop Manager - Application Manager to install the ISILO software. Im not sure what ISILO is but if that application is compatible it will install smoothly.
