Question about Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 3000
It sounds bizarre, but once in a while, when I plug my mouse in, my laptop will instantly turn off completely. Other times, the screen turns black and it makes a sound like it's about to restart, but then nothing else happens. How can I fix this?
This is the sign that mouse if faulty because if the laptop detects a threat from the USB ports, usually power related, to protect the parts, it turs off.
Advise to change the mouse...
